Tracking is a breeze now. We relied on Excel before, but this is way better with tons of extra features. The cost is reasonable for what you get, and I genuinely suggest it for any small biz looking to expand. Plus, you can give the software a whirl for free for a whole month!

"Support? Not a Chance!"
After using this service for years, I gotta say, the support is just awful—more like a joke, really. My daily grind over the past few months has turned into a total nightmare, wasting hours just waiting for the ladesk to function right. Meanwhile, every other site zooms along without a hitch. The only 'help' I received was a suggestion to switch my device or my internet connection.

"Excellent tool for customer tech support"
In our company, we utilize this tool to assist our clients. We create websites, and there are plenty of inquiries and feedback. LiveAgent aids us in streamlining our tech support operations. We experience a reduction in calls and messages across different channels - all communication is centralized. That's pretty awesome.
